I. KNOW YOURSELF
Highly effective leaders start with themselves.  They are self-aware.  We will take you through a powerful development tool, which will help  you to understand your own perceived strengths and weaknesses.  Knowing yourself enables you to understand your preferences as a leader and strategies to communicate with those you may find hard to reach.

II. KNOW THE MINDSET
Highly effective leaders operate with a set of beliefs and attitudes that enable them to challenge and support the teams in equal measure.  Knowing these beliefs and attitudes will lead to a significant impact on you and the way your team will be led.  By completing this reflection you will understand the steps you need to take in order to operate from a  place which will maximise your team.  This is the place of high challenge - high support.

III. KNOW THE SKILLS
Highly effective leaders maximise performance and the potential of the people they lead by following a simple four-step process.  By reflecting on the process, you will be able to identify "stuck points" in your leadership.  This process will identify the skills you need to develop.  When combined with the mindset of high challenge - high support you will lead your team with increasing reassurance, which will mean a more productive team. 

IV. KNOW YOUR MOTIVATION
As you journey through the steps you will establish  your own patterns of motivators that you can use to think about what is important to you as a leader and to refine your approach still further.  Knowing your own motivation will mean you become more attuned to what motivates those around you.  This will lead you to get the best our of your team and develop them and fulfil their potential.  

IV. KNOW HOW TO ADAPT
Highly effective leaders adjust their style and approach according to a particular situation.  Being too fixed in your ways,  or too inconsistent will have a negative impact on team members and their performance.  Knowing how to flex your style will unleash the potential of all those you lead.

Simon has a wealth of experience as a middle and senior leadership in education.  His interest in leadership arose out if this desire to become better and to help people at all levels become the best they they can be.

 Through a series of diagnostic tools Simon can pinpoint and design a programme to set you, as a leader free.  Simon is an INPLTA accredited NLP coach, Insights Discovery Partner and a Liberating Leadership Practitioner. Simon has delivered numerous training sessions to cohorts and is rightfully proud of his reputation as a skilled public speaker.  He is equally comfortable training one to one.  As well a leadership trainer and coach, Simon is also a Faculty member of the Liberating Leadership training company.  

As testament to his continual quest to improve he is currently studying for a second degree in Social Psychology.  Simon works with individuals and growing organisations who need help to improve communication and personal effectiveness in all levels of organisations.
