About Simon
Simon Casebourne, the driving force behind The Ethical Leader, has over 20 years experience in education, 10 years of which were in senior and middle leadership roles. His passion for leadership was born out of a desire to not only improve himself but also to help others reach their fullest potential. Simon’s journey in leadership training is marked by a commitment to ethical practices and a deep understanding of the complexities of team dynamics.
Simon is an INPLTA accredited NLP coach, Insights Discovery Partner, and a Liberating Leadership Practitioner. He has delivered numerous training sessions to cohorts, earning a reputation as a skilled public speaker and an effective one-on-one coach. As a faculty member of the Liberating Leadership training company, Simon brings a wealth of knowledge and practical experience to every session.
Currently pursuing a second degree in Social Psychology, Simon’s continual quest for improvement reflects his dedication to his craft and his clients. He works with individuals and growing organisations, helping them enhance communication and personal effectiveness across all levels.
